Rudolf Kiseljak
Founder, CEO, Chairman
Rudy has an extensive international experience in product management and development, marketing and sales in the audio/video industry, creation of innovative products and services, as well as founding, managing and structuring start-ups. Started in 2018 and officially launched in 2019, TV PLUS is Rudy’s 4th startup company. Previous engagements also include working as CEO at AVIQ Systems AG, VP Product Management at BridgeCo, a technology startup, and as Head of Product Management at Studer Professional Audio, an industry leader in professional audio systems. He holds a dipl.ing. degree in Electronic Engineering, a M.Sc. degree in Digital Audio Engineering and an Executive MBA from IMD in Lausanne, Switzerland.
Pierino Signorell
Business Development & Marketing
With over 35 years experience in Marketing & Sales, Pierino brings a vast experience to the team and is internationally and nationally active. He has experience in the industry, trade and service sectors. Successful leader in Marketing & Sales at IVECO, Goodyear, Pirelli, Esselte, CSE, Nissan, Peugeot and VPZ among others. Pierino joined the TV PLUS team in April 2019. Educated at Insead in Marketing Management, at HSG in General Management and at ZHAW in CAS Digital Marketing. Pierino is business fluent in German, English and French.
Zhelyazko Zhelev
Head of Development & Team Lead
Zhelyazko is in charge of managing the entire development team in Bulgaria as well as working on some aspects of development himself. He is an Android specialist with many years of experience in the field and brings 10 years of experience in development of Set-top boxes with DVB and streaming technology. Zhelyazko holds a Bachelor of Science, Computer Science – Information Technologies, Business Administration degree from the University of Central Oklahoma and a Master of Science, Software Technologies degree from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski.

Ulrich O. Birch
Board Member and Vice-Chairman
Ulrich is a seasoned business leader with experience in senior executive positions and serving on boards of directors at multinational companies, mainly covering industrial sectors: Gretag, Ascom, New Sulzer Diesel, Leica Geosystems, Colfax Pump Group, and ABB. For over ten years, Ulrich was based in China, where he was heading for six years ABB’s Turbocharging business unit, including a joint venture, factory and a service and sales network. For another five years, Ulrich advised European companies for doing business in China and resolving issues. Concurrently, he served as Chairman of the Board, Southwest Region of the European Union Chamber of Commerce in China. Since returning to Switzerland in 2016, Ulrich works as independent executive advisor, board member, and interim manager. He supports companies, startups and organizations for generating better value and reducing risks, namely in an international environment. He is also a regular speaker at executive seminars and at universities. Ulrich O. Birch holds a master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from ETH in Zurich, as well as a diploma in Business Administration.
Dr. Marco S. Marty
Board Member and Secretary
Marco is the Managing Director and Founder of the law firm MV Legal Partners Inc. in Zurich. In addition to being a Board member, he supports TV PLUS in questions regarding legal matters. Marco completed his law studies at the University of Zurich. He obtained his a PhD after his bar exam and a LL.M. in the 1990-ties. Ever since he is involved with juridical matters and looks back at nearly 30 years of experience as a lawyer and in-house counsel for a private bank.
Marco serves as board member for various companies and has extensive experience in advising corporate clients.
Therefore, he is responsible for every kind of legal issue at TV PLUS. Marco prepares all documents regarding the corporate governance, reviews contracts with third parties and is the contact person for initial general legal advice.
Daniel Sarbach
Board Member
Daniel Sarbach brings extensive international experience from working in Switzerland and several countries including China and Italy. He has served as Board member in multiple organizations including the Advisory Board of the Agency for Economic Development of the Canton of Zurich.
For 20 years he led the International School – Zurich North (ISZN). Daniel trained as an economist and has earned an MBA degree as well as a Master’s degree in Economic Crime Investigation.
