I have the TV PLUS Classic subscription. What should I do?

You don’t have to do anything.

All existing customers with the Classic subscription will be automatically switched to the new Classic subscription with dynamic TV advertising and skipping of linear advertising according to the new industry agreement. The price remains the same as before, with replay, recordings, pause and apps. Participating channels will now run dynamic TV advertising, but you can skip the linear advertising. The other channels support replay, recording and pause with the usual fast forward and rewind functions as before.

A change to a different subscription is possible via the customer account where you can easily switch between subscriptions. To do this, go to your account at https://tv-plus.tv/en/my-account/ and you will find a selection of available subscriptions there. The subscriptions are described in detail here https://tv-plus.tv/#buy. As a rule, you can switch to a higher subscription at any time and switching to a lower subscription is only possible every 3 months. Accordingly, only subscriptions that are currently available to you will be displayed in your account.
