Can I switch to a different provider or are all providers joining the industry agreement?

All major providers are part of the industry agreement. These are: Swisscom, Sunrise, Quickline, Salt, Zattoo, Yallo, Teleboy, TV PLUS, etc. Switching to another provider makes no sense as it will make no difference regarding the features of the industry agreement. 

Some regional providers might find it technically impossible to introduce Replay advertising. As a result, customers of these providers will have to expect higher prices for time-shifted television.
