I have just opened a new TV PLUS account. Why are there no recordings and no Replay available?

According to the current licensing regulation, we are not allowed to make Replay available or to have recordings made from the time before the account was opened. After one day, Replay and recordings from the last 24 hours are available. 7 days after opening the account, the current maximum of 7 days for Replay and recordings is available for you.
